Air Knife

An Air Knife is a device that blows compressed air to clean industrial products. Air Knifes uses laminar airflow to create a curtain of air to dry, clean, remove excess oils, liquids and dust from your manufacturing conveyor applications. The Air Knives may also be used for: printing, labelling, product cooling and packaging. The Air Knife nozzle design utilizes the Coandă Effect discovery by Romanian inventor Henri Coandă.

Air Amplifier

The Streamtek Air Amplifier is a simple, low cost way to move smoke, air, light materials, and fumes. Using just a small amount of compressed air as their power source, Air Amplifiers pull in massive volumes of air from the surrounding environment to produce high velocity, high volume outlet flows. Quiet, efficient Streamtek Air Amplifiers will create output flows up to 25 times their consumption rate.

Air Conveyor

The Air Conveyor simply uses compressed air to move items or media! The compressed air is injected into the Air Conveyor using a standard NPT fitting. This creates a vacuum-like effect at one end and a high output flow at the other. The Air Conveyor system can transport all types of solids in large volumes over great distances, all with absolutely no moving parts. This pneumatic conveying system is available up to 3″ (76mm) in size.

Air Wipe

Streamtek Air Wipes provide a uniform 360º airflow that is ideal for blow off, cleaning, drying, and cooling of extruded shapes, hoses, pipes, cables, wires and more. They are powered entirely by compressed air making them reliable and maintenance free. Our Air Wipes utilize the Coanda Effect to amplify airflow 30 times, making them very efficient and effective. Their unique split design makes it easy to clamp around any profile.

Cabinet Cooler

Powered only by compressed air, Streamtek’s Cabinet Cooler is an ideal solution to keep your electrical components from overheating in seconds. It incorporates our reliable Vortex Tube to separate the compressed air into hot and cold air streams. The hot air is exhausted into the atmosphere through a muffler to reduce noise, while the cold air enters the electrical cabinet. The filtered air that enters electrical control panel cabinets is up to 70°F colder than the compressed air supply.

A purge built into the Cabinet Cooler eliminates hot air from the cabinet even as the cooler simultaneously supplies clean, cold air to keep your systems working as intended. Our Cabinet Coolers are ideal for all NEMA 4/4X (IP66) and NEMA 12 (IP54) rated panels. They can be easily mounted in minutes through a standard knockout hole and locking ring.

Streamtek shares your concerns about maintaining a clean environment and consistent temperatures in electrical control panel cabinets. Our high-performance, competitively priced Cabinet Cooler is a solution to these very concerns.

Vortex Tube

The Vortex tube, also known as the Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube, is a mechanical device that divides compressed air into cold and hot streams. The cold streams is an effective, low-cost solution for industrial spot cooling and process cooling applications. Compressed air enters the Vortex Tube and spins at a rate of up to 1,000,000 RPM inside the air chamber. The air travels towards the hot end of the Vortex Tube and once it reaches the end, a small amount is exhausted through a control valve. The remainder of the air is forced back towards the opposite end of the Vortex Tube and it exhausted as cold air. A Vortex Tube can decrease air temperatures by ~115°F (46°C) and raise temperatures by ~200°F (93°C) from the initial air temperature.

Cold Air Gun

Cold air guns use filtered compressed air (80-100 PSIG) and a vortex tube to produce cold air for industrial spot cooling. Spot cooling eliminates mist coolants and heat-related parts growth while improving tool life. The unit is low cost, consumes no electricity, has no moving parts and is essentially maintenance free.

The Streamtek Tool Cooler often replaces costly mist coolants and improves the output and quality of all types of drying machining operations from plastics to metals. Made of heavy-gauge stainless steel, they are precision-machined, assembled and tested under strict quality control. They will never rust or pit when exposed to water, coolants, or other corrosive materials.

Drum Pump

A Drum pump is the most reliable device for handling spills and overflows using just compressed air as a power source. Drum pumps can be used for sopping up or transferring waste water, sludge, tramp oil, hydraulic oil, lubricant, coolant, chips, and other liquids. This system comprises no moving parts, thereby virtually eliminating the need for maintenance.

Static Eliminator

A static eliminator is a device that is used to restore the electrical balance on objects. These objects include are a wide range of industrial applications. Applications like cleaning dust and getting rid of materials that stick to objects. Static Eliminators can reduce static charges, hazardous shocks and sparks. The Streamtek static eliminator range is precision-designed to neutralize the static electricity charges that can occur in various industrial appliances. Our anti-static product line will effectively eliminate static cling that causes dust attraction and costly downtime from materials tearing, curling, or jamming
